Terms of service

Last updated 2026-01-01 · NordTaxi AB, Stockholm

1. About the service

NordTaxi AB operates a booking marketplace. We forward your ride request to an independent, licensed taxi company that performs the transport. The transport agreement is between you and that company; NordTaxi is responsible for the booking platform.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is registered when you receive a booking reference. Pickup times are estimates and can be affected by traffic and weather. We contact you on the phone number or email you provide with driver and vehicle details.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown are estimates in SEK based on distance, time, vehicle class and applicable surcharges (airport, night and weekend tariffs). Waiting time, extra stops and route changes may affect the final price. Payment is made to the performing taxi company by card, Swish or invoice for business accounts.

4. Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a booking free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup by contacting dispatch with your booking reference. Later cancellations, or a no-show at the pickup address, may be charged according to the performing company's price list.

5. Passenger obligations

Provide a correct pickup address and a reachable phone number, be ready at the agreed time, and follow the driver's safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Damage or excessive soiling may be charged.

6. Accessibility and special needs

Wheelchair accessible vehicles, child seats and other special requirements must be requested when booking so the right vehicle can be assigned.

7. Liability

The performing taxi company is responsible for the transport and for items left in the vehicle. NordTaxi is not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, except where required by Swedish law.

8. Companies on the platform

Partner companies warrant that they hold a valid Swedish taxi traffic licence, that drivers hold valid taxi driver licences, and that vehicles are inspected and insured. Companies may only access data for their own operations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts, and consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
