Controller
NordTaxi AB, Vasagatan 12, 111 20 Stockholm, is the controller for personal data processed on this platform. The performing taxi company is a separate controller for the data it needs to carry out your trip.
Data we collect
Booking data (pickup and destination address, date and time, passenger count, vehicle class, notes to the driver), contact data (name, phone number, email), account data if you register, and technical data such as IP address and device information for security and fraud prevention.
Why we process it
To create and dispatch your booking (performance of a contract), to contact you about the ride, to handle payments and invoices, to prevent misuse, to meet bookkeeping obligations, and to improve the service through aggregated statistics.
Who we share it with
The licensed taxi company assigned to your trip and its driver receive the details needed to perform the transport. We also use technical suppliers for hosting, database and email, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Booking and trip data is kept for 24 months for support and dispute handling. Accounting records are kept for seven years as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact privacy@nordtaxi.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Security
Data is stored in the EU with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role: each taxi company can only reach its own data, drivers only see their assigned trips, and access is enforced at the database level.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember booking form state. No advertising cookies are used.
